3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for:

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
